Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Wrendle is a product of Isaflo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "Wrendle", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean Isaflo Ltd. References to "you" or "your" mean the person or entity using the Wrendle service.

2. Acceptance

By creating a Wrendle account or using the service at wrendle.com or app.wrendle.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you are using Wrendle on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. The service

Wrendle is an ADHD-focused task management application. We provide:

• Task capture, organisation, and focus tools
• An energy-aware focus card system
• A body doubling focus timer
• AI-assisted task breakdown and daily briefing (Pro plan)
• Daily sort rituals (morning, midday, evening)
• Category-based context switching
• Weekly productivity insights (Pro plan)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We will not materially reduce core paid features without notice.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Wrendle. By creating an account, you confirm that you are.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when registering
• Notifying us promptly at support@wrendle.com if you suspect unauthorised access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

5. Subscription plans and pricing

Free plan

The Free plan is provided at no charge and includes a limited set of features as described on our pricing page. We may change what is included in the Free plan with 30 days' notice.

Pro plan

The Pro plan is billed monthly at £5.99/month (or annually at the prevailing annual rate), in advance. Pricing is inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Price changes

We may change subscription pricing. If we increase your plan price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Payment and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. We may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in account termination.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). VAT is included in displayed prices for UK customers. Customers outside the UK may have additional local taxes applied by Stripe.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. Your data is retained.

Refunds

As a UK consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at support@wrendle.com within 14 days of your first charge. By using the service during this period, you acknowledge that service delivery has begun and any refund will be prorated for unused days.

After the 14-day withdrawal period, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not issue partial refunds for monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-period.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate promptly.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wrendle to:

• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or feature restrictions

We may immediately suspend accounts found to be in violation of these restrictions.

9. AI features

Wrendle uses the Anthropic Claude API to power AI task breakdown, daily briefing, and task classification features. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Your task titles and notes may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We send only the minimum data needed and do not include identifying information.
• AI outputs are suggestions only and should not be relied upon for clinical, legal, financial, or medical decisions.
• We rate-limit AI requests to 20 per feature per user per day to prevent abuse.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

Anthropic's use of data is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We have a Data Processing Agreement with Anthropic. Your data is not used to train Anthropic's models.

10. Your data

Your tasks, notes, and usage data belong to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at support@wrendle.com.

Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

Wrendle, the Wrendle name, the wren mascot, and all associated branding are the property of Isaflo Ltd. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Wrendle (your tasks, notes, and data). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Wrendle is a productivity tool and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition including ADHD. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and notify you of planned downtime.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Isaflo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may close your account from your account settings or by emailing us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms.

On termination: your access to the service ends, paid features are no longer available, and your data is retained for 90 days before deletion (unless you request earlier deletion). Sections 10–13 and 15–16 survive termination.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will always keep the current version dated and accessible at wrendle.com/terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in another jurisdiction with mandatory local law rights that cannot be waived.

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Before taking formal action, please contact us at support@wrendle.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue within 30 days.
